Turn Layer
Turns are plotted as an intersection with the individual turns plotted within a circle centered on the intersection. When you are plotting the turns on the full network, the width of each turn remains constant and labels and value results are not plotted on the turn. However, when you magnify a turn (move the mouse over the turn and press and hold the right mouse button), the turn label, if any, is shown and the turn width can vary depending on the turn Value Expression.
You may also show only a subset of the turns by defining a Filter Expression. Only those turns that meet the Filter Expression criteria are displayed on the network plot. You may also define a Label Expression, with the label plotted when the turn is magnified.
On the Turn tab, as shown below, the turn line and fill properties refer to the circle that is drawn around the intersection.

You may also define a Value Expression and display the result of this expression on the network plot. The result of the value can be displayed as varying turn widths when you magnify the turn. You may also choose to display the result of the Value Expression as a label, with label plotted at the beginning of the turn. The line and fill properties refer to the individual turns within the intersection.
