Registering M2Assistant

Each copy of the M2Assistant is registered to a specific user or organization, on a specific computer. A software registration system is used in which a registration key is emailed to you following confirmation of payment. For prices and license configurations, please visit our web-site at  www.calido.com

A unique registration key is required for each computer using M2Assistant. This key is created from your unique computer ID code and your organization name. Each computer has a unique ID code that is generated by M2Assistant based on certain machine-specific information such as the number of disk drives, hardware serial numbers, and the user name stored by Windows.

In order to create a registration key for the computers where you wish to install M2Assistant, you must email us each computer ID code and the registered name that you prefer to use. Using this information, we will create a registration key and email it back to you. You will see your computer ID code when you select the Help|About or Help|Register menu options.

To register your copy, choose the Help|Register menu option, enter your Registered Name and the Registration Key, and click OK.

If you have changed some hardware on the computer, or wish to transfer the M2Assistant to another computer, you will require a new registration key. In this event, contact us by email and we will give you instructions on re-registering the program. There is no charge for moving or re-creating keys, although we reserve the right to limit the number of new keys for a single user within a certain period of time.
