Network layers
M2Assistant plots centroids, nodes, links, transit lines, transit segments, segment nodes and turns on separate layers. Each layer has its own set of layer properties that are unique to the type of layer. These properties include expressions, line styles, fill styles, colors, fonts, legend information and more.
Click the Properties button (or press Ctrl-Alt-P) to display and specify the properties for the selected layer. The available properties are shown in a tabbed drop-down panel. You may still move around the network, and refresh the network plot while the properties panel is visible. In this way, it is very easy to change a layer properties and press F5 to refresh the plot and see the immediate result.
Three types of properties are consistent across most network layers; a value legend, the color expression and the color legend. The remaining properties are specific to the type of layer; centroids and nodes, links, turns, transit lines, transit segments and segment nodes.
