Adding zones
To add a new zone:
Zoom in to the plot in the general area where you wish to add the zone.
Select the zone layer and make sure that it is visible
Right-click the plot and choose the Add.. menu command.
Click on the plot at the points where you wish to define the zone boundary.
When you have finished adding points, double-click the last point to close the zone.
If you made a mistake, just double-click the zone to select it, and edit the zone points.
The rules for a zone layer include:
The zone layer must contain one zone boundary for each centroid.
The coordinates of each centroid must fall within the boundaries of a zone.
No more than one centroid should be within a zone boundary.
