Excel Templates
Using Excel templates, you may create pre-defined formats for your data. Sample Excel templates are included for centroids, nodes, links, transit lines and segments, turns, matrices and screenlines. Note that Excel must be installed on your computer in order to use this feature.
The sample Excel templates can be found in the \Templates folder where you installed the M2Assistant program. You may either create your own template or edit the templates provided to create the format you prefer for your EMME/2 data. However, each template must follow a specific format in order to transfer data from M2Assistant into Excel.
The following example illustrates the template for centroids and nodes.
Using this template, the centroid data will look like this in Excel.
