Saving and restoring a chart

Charts can be created from six (6) types of network objects; centroids, nodes, links, lines, segments, and full matrices.

You can save and restore a previously saved chart using the File|Open and File|Save menu options. The file extension of an M2Assistant chart depends on the type of network object as follows:

Centroids *.m2c
Nodes *.m2n
Links *.m2l
Lines *.m2e
Segments *.m2s
Full matrices *.m2f

M2Assistant automatically saves the chart that you are currently working on to a file called 'General.m2x' where x depends on the network object.
